Dennis Kang’s decade-long journey in Korea wasn’t just a career adventure, but also a culinary one. As he worked and lived in the nucleus of Korean culture, he acquired a wealth of knowledge in the food manufacturing and retail food industry. But, when he returned to Columbus, Ohio, he was met with a void of authentic Korean comfort foods that he once relished. Longing for a taste of home, Dennis harnessed his passion for cooking and entrepreneurial spirit to start Seoul Food On The Go (SFOTG).

At SFOTG, Dennis wanted to bring the essence of Korean street food to central Ohio. With tteokbokki and kimbap being some of his favorite dishes during his time in Korea, he made it a priority to perfect these staples and offer them to his customers. Dennis’ extensive experience in the Korean food industry allowed him to capture the authentic taste and experience of these comfort foods, providing a sense of home to all those who step foot into SFOTG.
